When you request a quotation, we collect the contact details and project information you enter, including your selected products, quantities, branding, delivery postcode and preferred date.

Responding to your brief

We use these details to review your requirements, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about your project. Enquiry records and admin notes are stored in the website database, with access restricted to the authorised administrator.

Website services

The website uses managed hosting and database services to store and process enquiries. When email sending is enabled, an email provider processes the recipient address and confirmation or quotation content to send those messages.

On your device

Your Project selections and submission identifiers are saved in browser storage so your basket can be retained and repeated submissions can be recognised. The enquiry also uses temporary form tokens and submission limits to reduce automated abuse.
